An abstraction of an hourglass. The shift of proportions. An altered perception. A clogged flow. Tempus rerum imperator - Time is the ruler of all things. Time - all present, in the next moment past and always recurring. Fast, slow, , blossoming, shattering and joyfully awaited. For a long time, the time factor was a much- used part of my being. Constantly striving to achieve more, to learn faster - simply more efficient - to experience and be sheer. Through the sculpture "TEMPUS FUGIT" I take a standpoint that opposes this expression. To devote more thoughtful and with more tranquility to things. To give healthy growth and idleness more space.
